Beginner's Movement Jazz Technique Class

April 8 through June 10

This class will reflect many diverse styles of jazz dance while emphasizing presence, alignment, and technique. The dancers will be encouraged to express themselves through movement and dance as they learn how to "act" through the body.

For Ages 8-12 and 13-17. Tuition is $150 for 10 weeks. Class is 5-6 p.m. for ages 8-12 and 6:15 p.m. to 7:15 p.m. for ages 13-17. Mon River Arts Studio - 206 S. 2nd Ave., Elizabeth.

Auditions for ‘All Shook Up’

Saturday, April 23, 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and Sunday, April 24 from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.

For ages 14-18. Prepare 32 bars of a Broadway song, bring sheet music, and come dressed to dance. Mon River Arts Rehearsal Studio - 206 S. 2nd Ave., Elizabeth.

Patsy Cline Show-Fundraiser for EADC

Saturday, April 30 at 7 p.m.

Patsy Cline Tribute Artist Cathi Rhodes returns to the Grand Theatre for one night only in a benefit concert for the Elizabeth Area Development Corporation (EADC). All tickets are $12.
