Three local Threshold Choir chapters will come together to host a weekend called ‘Gathering of Voices’ from October 6-8, 2017 at Bower Hill Community Church, 70 Moffett Street, Pittsburgh.

Cindy Harris and Mary Paine lead Pittsburgh’s active Threshold Choir chapters, who regularly sing to patients in area hospice care centers, including Family Hospice in the South Hills. They will be joined by Marti Mariette, a CA songwriter and bedside expert extraordinaire.

As part of the October weekend event, an open Community Sing will be held at Bower Hill Community Church from 7 – 9 p.m. on Friday, October 6, 2017. The event is open to members of all local faith communities, hospice families and volunteers, interested singers, as well as families and friends of Threshold Singers. Reception to follow. Registration or prior experience is not required.

More information can be found on the National Threshold Choir organization at thresholdchoir.org and on local chapters at bridgeofvoices.org.
