The following event winners and participants were announced by the YCC Women's Golf League.

Murray Wins Women’s Nine Hole Golf League “Star of the Year”
Youghiogheny Country Club Women’s Nine Hole Golf League ‘Star of the Year’ was won by Judi Murray who won after a tie with Pat Sheleheda, sudden death by score card on # 2 hole. The competition was with the Stars of the Day throughout the golf season.

McHolme Shines as Women’s 18 Hole ‘Star of the Year’
Lynn Mcholme is the 2018 ‘Star of the Year’ for the 18 Hole Women’s Golf Association at Youghiogheny Country Club. Administrator Penny Natale organized the tournament for golfers who qualified throughout the season by posting individual low net scores and winning “Star of the Day.”

Rally For A Cure Event
Youghiogheny Country Club Women’s Nine Hole League held a ‘Rally for the Cure’ for the benefit of Susan G. Komen breast cancer research. Funds from the basket raffle and donations amounted to $559. Chairmen of the event were Jean Joseph and Carole Friend. The event coincided with the 18 hole Doe Day Event.

Nine Hole League members who hosted the breakfast as well as the baskets are Judi Murray, Patti Decima, Ginger Spang, Rose Marie Zuro, Jean Joseph and Carole Friend.

The winners of the Nine Hole Two Person Chapman, were Judi Murray and Angie Zalakar.

Two Day Championship Tournament
Youghiogheny Country Club Women’s Nine Hole Golf League winner of our Two Day 2018 Championship Tournament is Judi Murray.
