On Monday, June 11, Old trails Business and Professional Women’s Club awarded scholarships to three local high school seniors.

Katlyn Valla, Charleroi

 

 

 

 

The Pam Antonio Memorial Scholarship was given to Katelyn Valla from Charleroi who graduated third in her class and will attend Hood College majoring in Environmental Science. She is the daughter of Mary and Joseph Valla. Katelyn was a member of the National Honor Society, Academic League, STEM Club president among many others.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

DomClutter
Dominic Clutter, Beth Center

 

 


The Helen Harkins Memorial Scholarship was presented to Dominic Clutter of Beth Center. He will be attending Youngstown State University Honors College. Dominic is the son of Roselle and Lonnie Clutter. He was Valedictorian with a Q.P.A. of 4.7. He is majoring in Industrial Engineering. Some of his activities were marching band, STEM, Hometown High Q, varsity soccer and track, National Honor Society plus many more.

Christopher Woessner, Bentworth

 


Also receiving the Helen Harkins Memorial Scholarship was Christopher Woessner, son of Mary and Ramond Woessner. He is a graduate of Bentworth and plans on attending Villanova University majoring in Mechanical Engineering. Christopher was a member of the National Honor Society, Future Business Leaders of America, and the Boy Scouts of America where he earned Eagle Scout ranking. He was also in the Marching, Jazz and Concert bands.
