We welcome all to participate in an enlightening fun filled day. This excitement will be at Bible Baptist Temple at 1415 Worthington Avenue in Jefferson Hills/Clairton.
Our vacation bible day and community picnic is on Saturday, August 17 from 12:00 noon to 5:00 p.m. Our Bible lesson theme will be "Don't Get Lost in the Swamp". We all know that life presents its trials and challenges. Thus sometimes we find ourselves living in a swamp like atmosphere, from which we need to find our way out of. We feel the way out of this darkness is to seek the light of love from Jesus Christ. The way of Jesus brings so much happiness, joy and peace that this message is crucial for our young children. This message will be ministered to the young folks attending.
The Bible Lesson will be taught from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. for children between ages 5 and 12. We are asking that any children under age 5 be accompanied by a guardian. There will be delicious food served with plenty of outdoor exciting games and activities after the lesson.
Of course we are also inviting you to join our family every Sunday for traditional worship at 11:00 a.m. We are requesting that your please contact the church if attending the VBS picnic at 412-233-3737 to RSVP and if more information is needed.
