The Women's Club of West Newton will host a Valley Art Club exhibition November 14, 2015 at the Fells United Methodist Church in Fellsburg from 10 a.m. – 3 p.m.

Art pieces will be available for sale and demonstrations will be held. There is a donation of $5 per ticket. There will be a luncheon plate available with a drink and dessert for an additional $5.Tickets are available at Dee Taylor's State Farm Insurance office and Gary's Chuck Wagon in West Newton and from both clubs' members, also at the door. The Valley Art Club, organized in 1941, is celebrating their 73rd year and is located in the SPHS building in Charleroi with displays in the lobby. To date, there are 19 members, and they welcome other 2D artists. The club has a juried exhibition at the Monessen library in the fall. The club's purpose is to promote art, cultural appreciation and the beauty of our valley.

The Women's Club of West Newton, a nonprofit civic organization, is honored to host this event to support our local artists with all profits reinvested in the community. They are also honored to include senior high school artists in this exhibition.
