New President Cathy Richardson was installed by Membership Chair Debbie Lenzi. New members installed were: Mary Beth Greenawalt, DeAnne Pesognelli and Kristen Weldon. New members Geri and Anna DeLattre will be installed at a later date.

After the reading of a devotion - "How To Plant Your Garden" by President Cathy Richardson - the Club enjoyed a lovely buffet, as is tradition for the annual first meeting of the Club year.

The Club will sponsor a vendor night on Monday, October 13 from 6 - 9 p.m. in the Monongahela Fire Hall. There will be a Chinese auction for many gift baskets with door prizes awarded every 15 minutes. Tickets will be sold to win an autographed Sidney Crosby NHL jersey. There is still room for more vendors if anyone would like to participate. Please contact our FaceBook page "Monongahela Woman's Club" for more information. The vendor show is open to the public, and there is no fee for admission.

Program Chairman Vicki Sento reported that Tammy Sprinkle from Reclaimed Décor will be the speaker for our November meeting on Monday, November 10.
