The 6th Annual Roctober Car Cruise will be held on Saturday, October 4 from 12- 4 p.m. at 501 Vine Street Park, West Newton. Registration begins at 11 a.m. and entry fee is $5.

There will be dash plaques and goody bags for the first 100 registrants. We will have 35 trophies awarded by a panel of judges and a cash award and special plaque donated by Area 51 Auto.

We have a new category this year - "The Kids Class." Bring your prized electric ride or wheeled vehicle for all to see. Make sure to bring your chair or tent and kick back and relax to the sounds of DJ Glenn Raymer with hits from the '50s and '60s. Also don't miss the terrific Octoberfest foods, gift baskets, 50/50, TV auction, and lucky lottery board. The gym will be open for indoor dining if you choose.

The event will be held rain or shine. If there's rain, bring a photo of your ride to display on the wall of fame for judging. Come early to make sure you get a chance to dine on our homemade cabbage rolls, pierogies, and apple pie.

For questions, please give us a call at 724-872-0100. All proceeds raised help benefit Downtown West Newton Inc. - your organization for hometown revitalization and farmers market!
