Angel Ridge Animal Rescue is a 501(c)(3) no-kill shelter and sanctuary for dogs, cats and horses. It is located on 50 acre Angel Ridge farm in Washington, Pennsylvania.
Angel Ridge provides a permanent home and cares for animals that are not easily adoptable due to their age, handicap, breed, or temperament. The Angel Ridge Animal Rescue has announced their Summer 2013 offsite events schedule.
• 10th Annual Pet Fair - Saturday, June 22 from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm at Christ United Methodist Church, 44 Highland Rd., Bethel Park.
• Washington's Petco 6th Annual Adoption Event - Saturday, July 13 from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm at Petco, 70 Trinity Point Dr., Washington.
• Adoption Event - Saturday, August 10 from 12:00 to 8:00 pm at the Washington County Fair.
• Bow Wow Bingo - Saturday, August 24 from 6:00 to 10:00 pm at Hickory Fire Hall.
• Bark in the Park - Saturday, September 14 from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm at Allison Elementary School, 803 McGovern Rd., Houston.
