The West Newton Public Library, located at 123 North Water Street in West Newton, PA will be offering a variety of upcoming programs and events. For more information or questions, please call the library at 724-972-3229.

Shop ‘n Save Seed Program
The West Newton Public Library is partnering with the West Newton Elementary PTO to help with the Shop 'n Save Seed Program. With this program it will allow the PTO to provide a wonderful assembly presented by either the Carnegie Museum of Natural History, Carnegie Science Center, or the Pittsburgh Zoo & PPG Aquarium for the West Newton Elementary students. These students still need to raise around $ 40,000, so we need your help! The West Newton Public Library has established a deposit box for your sales receipts from Shop 'n Save which is located just inside the library. So tell your friends and family to start saving those receipts now, and turn them in at the library when you get a chance. By all of us pitching in as a community we will reach this goal for the students .
