On February 16, the hard-working ladies of Post 613’s American Legion Auxiliary delivered much-needed food and non-perishable items to the Finleyville Food Bank on Washington Avenue.

It was another fine example of neighbors helping neighbors as part of the American Legion’s commitment to the community. Auxiliary President Beverly Richards explained, “We are pledged to upholding the best traditions of our organization in doing service for our local families and veterans.”

Food Bank Volunteer John Hamilton welcomes food delivery by Finleyville American Legion Auxiliary.
