Attention Local Artists!
Plans are underway for the Clairton Public Library Spring Art Show and Sale. If you are a local artist interested in displaying your work, please leave your name and phone number at the main desk of the library. Someone will be in touch with you to supply all the important information you need. No entry fee is required to exhibit your work. A Wine and Cheese Reception will accompany the show. Both are being sponsored by the Friends of Clairton Library.

Looking for Yearbooks
Do you have an old Clairton High School Yearbook that you are no longer using? Why not donate it to the library? Books will then be available to the general public throughout the year. In addition, these books will be part of the Clairton memorabilia collection that will be displayed during the annual high school reunion. Yearbooks can be dropped off at the library’s main desk.

Library Friends Wanted
The Friends of Clairton Library is a group of interested citizens who organize fun and educational events that benefit the library and the whole community. Please consider joining us and becoming a member of the Library Friends. Meetings are held at 11 a.m. on the second Thursday of each month. If you have questions about our group, call the library at 412-233-7966 or the FOL secretary at 412-896-1640.
