Our Pysanky Egg Classes are back! Classes will be held at the Monongahela Area Library, Saturdays, March 8, 15, and 22 from 12:00 noon – 4:00PM and Wednesday, March 26 from 3:00PM – 7:00PM and April 5 from 12:00 noon – 4:00PM.

Classes are $25 per person, for ages 13+. All materials will be provided. Payment is collected at the front desk of the library when you come for the class. Because the eggs must be sealed to protect and strengthen them, this is a two-day process. Your first class will consist of a brief Pysanky history, creation of your beautiful egg, and egg sealing. The second day will be yolk removal (this only usually takes a few minutes). Space is limited so please stop by the library or call to reserve your spot early. Classes fill up fast! 724-258-5409
