Whitehall Public Library is sponsoring an Author Luncheon on Sunday, September 15 from 11:00 am – 3:00 pm at the South Hills Country Club.
Author Marie Benedict returns to discuss her wonderful new best-selling novel, The Only Woman in the Room, thrilling historical fiction based upon the incredible true story of glamour icon and scientist, Hedy Lamarr whose groundbreaking invention revolutionized modern communication.
Join us for an afternoon of delicious food, a fascinating and revealing presentation and Q & A. There will also be book-signing, raffle baskets, door prizes and more! Tickets for this event are $45. In addition to individual tickets, reserved seating is now available for full tables of 8 or 10 only (no exceptions). Table payment must be presented IN FULL at the time of purchase in order to reserve a table. If purchasing a reserved table for a group of 8 or 10, tickets must be purchased with one credit card transaction only.
