Pastor Tim Green and his wife, Jan, from Calvary Chapel South Pittsburgh (CCSP) hosted the annual West Elizabeth Community Days.

Community Days 1
Yong Saccone, State Representative Rick Saccone, and Tim Green are crowd favorites at the Annual Community Days.

New additions to the event included free clothes and a fall photo prop that was festively designed with hay bales and pumpkins. Cai Green was named champion of the pie-eating contest. Residents were able to participate in and judge their first chili cook-off. Winners were:
• First Place – Shredded Beef Chili by Phil Weingart
• Second Place – Game Day Chili by Kyle Peters
• Third Place – White Bean Chicken Chili by Janette Ralston
State Representative Rick Saccone was also featured, delivering a stirring speech on regaining American pride that has slowly been lost through the past few years. Overall, the event was once again enjoyed by all who attended.
