Marley Vaughn, of Elizabeth, is crowned America’s Little Miss Preteen Pennsylvania at the Mid-Atlantic Regional Pageant in Philadelphia.

She will now represent Pennsylvania in the national competition for the title of America’s Preteen.

Vaughn will also attend Miss America’s Outstanding Teen Princess Camp the first week of August. America’s Little Miss Organization is a "non-glitz" pageant that encourages young ladies to showcase their personalities.

Vaughn is scheduled to start reading to classrooms in Duquesne, Monessen, and Pittsburgh. Her goal is to encourage younger children to read. She is planning a book drive and reading competitions – with more books for awards!
