Samuel and Betty Milton of New Eagle are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Samantha Joelle Milton to Brandon Michael Carroll, son of Gene and Vicki Seighman of Monongahela.

The bride-to-be is a 2004 graduate of Ringgold High School and 2008 graduate of The University of Pittsburgh-Main Campus. She is currently employed at the Chapter 13 Trustee’s Office in the USX Tower in Pittsburgh. The groom-to-be is a 2007 graduate of Ringgold High School and a 2009 graduate of Rosedale Technical Institute. He is currently employed at Dean Honda in West Mifflin. The couple is planning a September 13, 2013 wedding.
