Mariah Mossbauer, age 7, of North Strabane Township, was the first alternate to the overall Tot title, Covergirl winner, and the Pennsylvania State Cinderella Tot Beauty Winner for the Pennsylvania Cinderella Scholarship Pageant.

Mariah participated in preliminary pageants throughout the year to earn her spot at the state competition to compete against 7 other girls. Throughout the weekend, participants complete a private interview, an on-stage interview, and model casual wear and party wear outfits. The Cinderella Beauty winner is the participant who shows they are poised, confident, and well spoken, during all phases of the competition. Mariah is the daughter of Mike and Kelly Mossbauer.
