Join us for this hands-on cooking demonstration on Wednesday, January 10 at 1 p.m. Often humorous talk that helps people learn to “eat their feelings” for emotional and mental health.

We often eat to satisfy the things we’re feeling, but most people don’t realize that their food choices often harbor negative emotions like guilt, shame, and sadness. However, food can give us a sense of pleasure and joy and can provide us with satisfaction and comfort.

In this demo and signing, author Lindsey Smith will be sampling recipes that can satisfy every craving and help boost your mood.
Copies of her new book will be available for purchase following the program. Free. Registration required, call 412-882-6622.
