Vale-U-Health was recently featured in the Mon Valley Regional Chamber of Commerce Member Spotlight at their offices in Willowpointe Plaza.

Vale-U-Health, a physician hospital organization, was founded in 1995 and is comprised of Mon Valley Hospital, 176 members of the medical staff, and 11 regional ancillary providers. Its corporate mission is to enhance the health outcomes of Monongahela Valley residents through the creation and support of innovative healthcare delivery systems, health promotion & disease state management programs, advances in health information technology, and best practice benchmarking.
Vale-U-Health is also licensed as both a 3rd party administrator and non-risk assuming PPO in the state of PA and provides benefit administration services to employers who choose to self-insure their health benefits.
The newest of the Vale-U-Health family of companies is Vale-U-Health Regional Health Information Organization, a non-profit public charity that is diligently working to establish a health information exchange that enables the electronic sharing of a patient’s comprehensive health record among participating providers at the point of care.
