Once again, the Washington County Farm Bureau Food Drive has brought in thousands of pounds of food. The food drive has been taking place for at least 10 years, and it continues to grow in popularity. "Each year we bring in more food," stated Don Carter, who is in charge of the food drive. On June 11, Buena Vista will open the season with a new attraction. In addition to the concession stand, the deep end of the pool, and the usual swimming activities, they will have two water slides, one located at the deep end and one for the toddlers at the shallow end. Read more...
