Add to that hundreds of thousands more are still trying to recover from Typhoon Haiyan since it hit the Philippine Islands on November 8, 2013, with incredible 145 MPH sustained winds. The crowds turned out for the Community Day and fireworks in Charleroi on July 3 from 11 a.m. - 11 p.m. All-day entertainment featured bands at Magic City Square, food and game booths, local dance groups, and a car cruise at Chamber Plaza Lot and Local Plaza Lot.
