Nonprofit organization asks for donations of winter clothing

South Hills Interfaith Ministries (SHIM) will hold its annual coat drive to provide winter clothing for community members in need. With winter quickly approaching, SHIM hopes to collect more than 500 coats of all sizes. South Hills residents are asked to donate their gently used coats, mittens, scarves, boots, hats and more to SHIM now through Oct. 30. Read more...

The Rostraver Woman’s Club, along with Gilmore Auction Galleries, worked together to assemble over 30 backpacks filled with school supplies and donated a box filled extra supplies to give to the students in need at Rostraver Elementary School.
