Garden of Distinction – Let Freedom Bloom Edition

In celebration of Pleasant Hills Community Day and America’s 250th Anniversary, we encourage residents to decorate their yards, porches, and outdoor spaces with patriotic flair. Whether you create your own red, white, and blue display or nominate a neighbor whose home deserves recognition, we want to celebrate the community pride that makes Pleasant Hills special. The nominated home MUST be located in Pleasant Hills Borough to be eligible.
Entries will be judged by members of the Pleasant Hills Garden Club’s - Garden of Distinction committee and members. Homes will be judged based on their creativity, community pride, and patriotic spirit that emulates the theme for our 2026 Community Day - "Let Freedom Ring in Pleasant Hills".
Entry Deadline: Friday, July 31, 2026
Awards Presented: Saturday, August 8, 2026 at Pleasant Hills Community Day
