Mother of Mercy Academy to Host Halloween-Themed 5K and Kids Fun Run in White Oak Park
Mother of Mercy Academy will be hosting its inaugural ‘Howl-O-Ween’ Spooktacular 5K Walk/Run & Kids 1-Mile Fun Run on October 31, 2026, at White Oak Park in McKeesport, PA. This family-friendly Halloween-themed event will bring together students, families, and community members for a fun and active morning focused on wellness, school spirit, and community connection.
Participants are encouraged to wear costumes while taking part in the 5K walk/run or kids' fun run, making the event a festive seasonal tradition for all ages. The event will feature post-race refreshments, awards, and family activities. Local food vendor DonutNV will be on-site offering fresh donuts and coffee following the race.
Proceeds will benefit Mother of Mercy Academy and support educational programs, classroom resources, and student enrichment opportunities.
