The Great Allegheny Passage now runs from downtown Pittsburgh to Cumberland, MD, and continues on to Washington, D.C. on the C&O Canal Towpath. Before the Great Allegheny Passage was completed, our local section from McKeesport to Confluence existed - the Mon Yough Trail.

Read more...The M.H.S. Class of '69 held their 45th year reunion on Saturday, August 2 at Mingo Creek Park. The two-day event was kicked off with a Friday night pre-reunion "Mixer" party at The Bar, located at 131 W. Main St. in Monongahela. The classmates enjoyed an evening of good food, good people, and meeting and greeting our former classmates.
