'The Addams Family' debuted at the Grand Theatre in Elizabeth Borough on September 19. It has been over ten years since the show left Broadway.

The cast of the Adams Family delivered a tremendous performance

 The Addams Family is a musical that tells the entertaining story of Wednesday Addams' (Kayleigh Verno) desire to marry her true love, Lucas (Gavin Carnahan), a marriage that would not happen if Morticia (Samantha Mitchell) has her way. While the two families attempt to connect for the sake of Wednesday and Lucas, a string of misunderstandings and mishaps occurs along the way. Along the way, the family is visited by the ghosts of long-ago family members!

Director Jennifer James led this strong cast of actors through six showings, all of which were sold out. Along with her role as Morticia Addams, Mitchell proved to be a talented choreographer for the musical. The actors impressed the audience with their amazing voices and, in the end, received a standing ovation for their powerful performances.
