MUGGLE SNUGGLE AND THE END OF SUMMER READING CLUB FEST: Wednesday, August 9 at 6:30 p.m. Join Pittsburgh’s premiere Harry Potter tribute band, Muggle Snuggle, for an unforgettable performance as they immerse you in the Harry Potter universe (spoilers alert). Feel free to come in your best wizard attire. Family-friendly and open to all ages and all participants in Summer Reading Club. Space is limited. Please register.

“CROCODILE BEAT” STORYCORNER WITH BETTY LEE DELL, SPONSORED BY TJ ARTS: Thursday, August 10 at 2:30 p.m. Join Ms. Betty and her puppet friends on an imaginary journey to a jungle full of fun as she shares the story of “Crocodile Beat” by Gail Jorgensen. Interactive movement activities, puppets, and call-and-response animal sounds lead children to take part in the animals’ parade, but soon everyone must work together to help King Lion thwart the hungry crocodile. For children ages 3 – 5, with a caregiver. Space is limited. Please register.

TAIL WAGGING TUTORS: Monday, August 14 at 7 p.m. Trained therapy dogs will be here hoping to hear a story or two. Practice your reading skills while enjoying the company of some furry friends.
