SUMMER DAY CAMPS

(AGES 6 – 11 YEARS)                        

Three 1-week sessions for children who have completed kindergarten through 5th grade (ages 6 – 11 years). Enjoy sports, crafts, hikes, music, animals, games, service projects, special visitors/speakers and more all with old and new friends!

Looking for a fun fitness challenge? Age-appropriate and safe activities specifically designed to challenge, inspire, and excite. Games and tasks this week include obstacle courses, relays, tug-of-war, and many other fun activities designed to teach cooperation and teamwork while also developing self-esteem.

Silly SCIENCE CAMP 2

(AGES 2 – 6 YEARS)

The program is meant to have the child do all of the “work”, they become more engaged and comprehend more of the fundamentals of learning in this class. This camp will include Going to the Moon, Goo Slime Bugs, Pirate Science, My Five Senses, and Magical Science.

Ballet/Gymnastics CAMPS
(Ages 3 – 5 YEARS)
We will have lots of fun learning beginner ballet technique, incorporate fun games such as Ring Around the Rosie and Following the Leader. We will also learn some beginner gymnastics; explore different animal movement like frogs, bunnies and giraffes!

Suzuki Group Guitar Lessons

(AGES 5 – 9 YEARS)
Have summer fun learning classical guitar in a relaxed, group setting! Registered Suzuki Guitar instructor Brannon Lyons of Lyons Guitar & String will introduce students to fundamentals of finger-picking & left hand technique. Perfect for beginners! Prerequisites- Appropriate size nylon string guitar, Book, CD, Footstool.

Tweens and Teens TOTAL FITNESS

Keep the kids moving this summer with this challenging 45 minute class! This non-stop class will combine high intensity cardio with plyometrics, and wind down with some core strengthening and body weight exercises. Parents, take a walk on the trail while your kids have their own workout!

Teen Lyrical Dance

(AGES 12 – 16 YEARS)

Yoga STRETCH and MUSCULAR STRENGTH & RANGE OF MOVEMENT CLASSES:

MUSCULAR STRENGTH & RANGE OF MOVEMENT - Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Handheld weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance; a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.
